It was pleasure knowing about the Journey of Roger. I had a very less idea about it before hearing his speech today. The most thing was him emphasizing on the team building and clarity about it. How innovation and risk taking have not only made him this successful but created successful careers of so many other people. And now young people are working in his organization with lots of hope.
