  7. Learning Data (When you access content, we collect certain data including which courses, assignments, labs, workspaces, and quizzes you’ve started and completed; content and subscription purchases and credits);

Communications and Support (If you contact us for support or to report a problem or concern (regardless of whether you have created an account), we collect and store your contact information, messages, and other data about you like your name, email address, messages, location, COOMAA user ID, refund transaction IDs, and any other data you provide or that we collect through automated means (which we cover below). The data listed above is stored by us and associated with your account.

It would be deemed that you agree to authorize COOMAA to collect and use the aforementioned information based upon this Privacy Policy, but you still have the right to retreat the authorization.

In order to protect your rights, you can fax to COOMAA in writing (not formally) with signature to express your rejection within seven (7) calendar days, after you fill up the request on our website.

You also can engage with our content on or through third-party social networking sites, such as Facebook or third-party social media plug-ins and applications. When you engage with our content on or through third party social networking sites, plug-ins and applications, you may allow us to have access to certain information from your social media profile (e.g., your name, e-mail address, photo, gender, birthday, location, list of friends, people you follow and/or who follow you, the posts or the ‘likes’ you make) to deliver the content or as part of the operation of the application.   • COOMAA uses your personal information to provide and maintain COOMAA and our services together with the technical support and security of our service.
  • Process your requests and orders for educational content, products, specific services, information, or features (Account Data; Learning Data; System Data; Communications and Support).
  • Manage your account and account preferences and personalize your experience (Account Data; Learning Data; Student Payment Data; Instructor Payment Data; System Data, Usage Data, Cookie Data).
  • We may share general course data (including quiz or assignment submissions, grades, and forum discussions), information about your activity on our Site, and from surveys operated by us with our Content Providers and other business partners so that our Content Providers and other business partners may use the data for research related to online education.

        We use your personal information to provide you with products and/or services that you have requested, to respond to questions or communications and to get in touch with you when necessary. For example, we may use your personal information to communicate with you or to send you information that you have requested. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by the COOMAA through the COOMAA.          COOMAA wants to ensure that you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

        (1)  The right to access – You have the right to request COOMAA for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

        (2)  The right to rectification – You have the right to request that COOMAA correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request COOMAA to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

        (3) The right to erasure – You have the right to request that COOMAA erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

        (4) The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that COOMAA restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
