COOMAA hosts training courses for all of Cooler Master's business units. These training courses offer new Cooler Master employees easy and fast access to must-know information before starting work.

CM Pass Certification
CM PASS Courses are designed by Cooler Master business units to further knowledge and develop skills of team members. Course content extensively deals with existing knowledge of Cooler Master's business and successful completion of exams awards members with career-building certificates and COOMAA badges to prove levels of expertise.
CMaster of Arts
Similar to a professional post graduate degree, the CMA is a certificate earned for completing courses in the humanities at the Faculty of Design or Faculty of Management. It is a degree that requires disciplined learning over hours of subject material and a pass rate of 80% in exams.
CMaster of Sciences
The CMSc is a certificate earned for completing degrees in scientific fields at any faculty. Like the CMA, the CMsc is equally demanding in learning, hours and student commitment. Exams require a pass rate above 80%.
CMaster of Business Administration
Dedicated to a management track at Cooler Master, the CMBA is a certificate earned for completing an advanced business degree at the Faculty of Management or Roger Lin Business School.
