C0-C6流程是內部進行產品開發與專案管理的核心標準。透過本課程，新入職夥伴可以了解C流程各階段的專案管理要點，了解流程控管與品質監管重要性，了解在團隊中各自所扮演的角色與責任，並提升專案流程中協作與溝通。

The C0-C6 process is the core standard for internal product development and project management. Through this course, CM new employees will get to learn the Check-lists at each process stage, understand the importance of process control and quality supervision, and recognize the roles and responsibilities they play within the team. The course aims to enhance collaboration and communication throughout the project process.
