This course helps product development teams build a consistent understanding of the company’s standard processes. It focuses on essential execution capabilities and introduces key procedures, documentation, and governance points across the C0–C6 product development stages.It also covers common issues, Engineering Change (EC) management, and PLM system operations. As a core foundational course, it enables participants to clearly understand their roles and cross-functional collaboration.By integrating processes and systems, the course establishes a common internal language, improving project efficiency and quality consistency.
